Delivery of a parking system

Summary

The tender covers the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a complete parking system at the multi-storey car park in Rybnik. The scope includes 2 automatic payment machines, 2 exit terminals, an entrance ticket dispenser, 3 licence-plate recognition cameras, barriers, a server, management software, licences, integration with the existing subscription database, backup arrangements, training and documentation. The bidder must demonstrate at least 2 previous parking-system deliveries or modernisations completed during the last 3 years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 300,000. No tender guarantee or performance security is required. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 09:00, and the works must be completed within 90 days of contract signing. The award criteria are price worth 60 points and warranty worth 40 points; the warranty must be at least 24 months.
