Modernisation of the Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre in Brody – Stage I

Summary

The tender covers the conversion, renovation and adaptation of existing upper-ground-floor premises at a treatment and rehabilitation centre in Brody for use as a treatment, rehabilitation and therapy centre. The works include demolition and preparatory works, partitions and finishes, water supply and drainage, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, electrical and low-voltage installations, 23 PEL points, UPS and CCTV, as well as testing, commissioning and as-built documentation.
