Construction of street lighting in the Felinów and Zofia areas as part of the investment task “A bright village as a guarantee of the safety of its residents”

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of street lighting in the Felinów and Zofia areas in the Osjaków municipality. The works include approximately 837 metres of low-voltage cable installation, cable ducting, excavation and trenchless crossings, installation of 25 lighting poles approximately 9 metres high with LED luminaires, a lighting distribution cabinet, surveying, completion documentation and site reinstatement. The works must be completed within 70 days of signing the contract, but no later than 29 December 2026. The tender deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must submit an electronically signed tender, a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee and meet the insurance, construction manager and previous street-lighting experience requirements. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defect-liability period for 40%; the minimum warranty and defect-liability period is 60 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price.
