Modernisation of the Municipal and Commune Culture Centre in Mordy – Stage VI

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for Stage VI of the modernisation of the Municipal and Commune Culture Centre in Mordy. The works include modernisation of the auditorium and its back-of-house facilities, modernisation of the art room, kitchen equipment, modernisation of the alarm system and replacement of the main electrical switch. The works must be completed by 11 December 2026 at the latest. The bidder must have completed, during the last 5 years, at least one construction, reconstruction, extension, renovation or modernisation project for a public-use building with a gross value of at least PLN 500,000. A list of works and evidence of proper performance must be submitted. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 11:00. It must state the net and gross prices, VAT, a completion-time reduction of 0, 5 or 10 days, and a warranty period of 36, 48 or 60 months. The award criteria are price at 60%, completion time at 30% and warranty period at 10%. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross bid price. Personnel performing general construction, sanitary, electrical and finishing works must generally be employed under employment contracts, and liability insurance must be maintained for the entire construction period.
