LED lighting replacement in Building A as part of the thermal modernisation of Building A at the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Szamotuły

Summary

The tender concerns replacement of the existing lighting with LED lighting in Building A of the healthcare facility in Szamotuły. The works include electrical and installation works, necessary adaptation of the existing system, testing, measurements, acceptance procedures, and as-built and warranty documentation. The works must be planned so that hospital departments remain operational, and the environmental requirements and the DNSH principle must be followed. The bidder must have completed, during the last 5 years, at least one LED or energy-efficient lighting replacement project worth at least PLN 300,000 gross, supported by references, and must provide at least one electrical works manager with the required authorisation and at least 3 years of experience. No turnover or financial-standing condition has been set. A mandatory site inspection must be completed on 11 September 2026 or 15 September 2026 between 10:30 and 12:00. The bidder must give at least one day’s prior notice and submit the inspection protocol. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 09:00. The works must be completed within 6 months of contract signature. Price accounts for 60% and warranty for 40% of the evaluation; warranties of 36, 48 and 60 months receive 30, 35 and 40 points respectively.
