Construction of the Amphitheatre in Sieradz

Summary

The tender covers the demolition of the existing amphitheatre in Sieradz and construction of a new amphitheatre with 1,514 seats, a stage and audience area, artists’ support rooms, toilets, an acoustically protected roof, building services, external works, landscaping, furniture, sound equipment, an induction loop and signage for people with visual impairments. The works also include water, sewerage, electrical, telecommunications, heating and ventilation systems, a ground-source heat pump, as-built documentation, documents required for occupancy approval and installation of an information board. The contract duration is 15 months. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed with a qualified electronic signature, personal signature or trusted signature. The award criteria are total price at 60%, construction-work warranty period at 34%, water-saving equipment at 3% and energy-efficient lighting at 3%. The warranty must be at least 60 months; periods exceeding 72 months are evaluated as 72 months. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate liability insurance of at least PLN 20,000,000, the required construction experience and four suitably authorised managers or works supervisors.
