Expansion of the fire station-community centre building with a garage bay in Kamionka – stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion of a fire station-community centre building in Kamionka by adding a garage bay, stage II of the project. The works include internal construction and finishing works, floors, windows, façade works, electrical, water and sewage installations, lightning protection, ventilation, central heating, an oil-product separator and an automatic rail-mounted exhaust extraction system. The works must be completed within 2 months of contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 09:30; no bid guarantee is required. The bidder must demonstrate at least one comparable construction project completed during the last five years with a gross value of at least PLN 100,000 and provide a person qualified in structural construction supervision. The tender must include the required declarations, priced cost calculation and, where applicable, a power of attorney or third-party commitment. The award criteria are price at 60% and the warranty and statutory liability period at 40%; the minimum period is 36 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the total gross tender price before signing the contract.
