Modernization of rooms in the Imaging Diagnostics Department

Summary

The tender covers the modernization of rooms in the Imaging Diagnostics Department on the ground floor of segments C1 and C2 of the main building of Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow, using a design-and-build model. The scope includes design work, required approvals and permits, demolition and construction, electrical, water, sewage, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire alarm, telecommunications and medical-gas systems, finishes and equipment. The usable area to be modernized is 585.15 m². All works must be completed by 30 November 2026. The bidder must have at least 3 references from the last 5 years for designing and building, reconstructing, renovating or modernizing hospital rooms; each contract must have had a gross value of at least PLN 2,000,000. The bid guarantee is PLN 35,000, price is the only award criterion, and bids must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 08:00. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract gross price and liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of PLN 2,000,000.
