Renovation of the workshop, control room and machine room premises of the lock in Borek Szlachecki, Wadowice County, Brzeźnica Commune

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the workshop, control room and machine room premises of the lock in Borek Szlachecki, in order to bring the premises into the required sanitary condition in accordance with Kraków County Sanitary Inspector decision No. 51p/2025. The works are to be completed within 60 days, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must demonstrate the required previous construction experience and nominate a qualified works manager. The bid must include the bid form, priced bill of quantities, and the required declarations and evidence. Bids will be evaluated on price (80%) and the warranty or guarantee period (20%); the minimum required period is 36 months and the maximum period counted for evaluation is 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
