Facade renovation at the Tax Office in Ustrzyki Dolne and the Second Tax Office in Rzeszów

Summary

The tender concerns facade renovation works at two tax offices, divided into two lots. Lot I covers cleaning, repairing and painting the facade of the Second Tax Office in Rzeszów and renewing the strip around the building; Lot II covers facade renovation with window replacement at the garage building of the Tax Office in Ustrzyki Dolne. A bidder may submit a tender for one or both lots. Lot I must be completed within 70 days and Lot II within 60 days of contract signing. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 25 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid until 24 October 2026. Lot I bidders must meet the facade-work experience requirement and appoint a qualified construction manager; a PLN 4,000 tender guarantee is required for that lot. People directly performing the works must be employed under employment contracts throughout contract performance.
