Construction of a village community centre building together with the necessary technical infrastructure in Koszele, Orla municipality

Summary

The tender covers the construction of a single-storey village community centre building with an unused attic and the necessary technical infrastructure in Koszele, Orla municipality. The works include earthworks and foundations, load-bearing structures, roofing, windows and doors, electrical, water-supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation systems, internal and external finishing, site development, sanitary equipment, as-built documentation, geodetic as-built surveying and obtaining an occupancy permit. According to the bill of quantities, the building floor area is approximately 125 m² and the hard-surfaced external area is approximately 353.70 m². The works must be completed by 30 June 2028. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 09:00. The submission must include the tender form, required declarations, the price breakdown, proof of the tender guarantee and, where applicable, powers of attorney and the commitment of a resource-providing entity. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000. The tender must be signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature, and the total file size may not exceed 250 MB. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%. The warranty for the entire works, equipment and installed furnishings must be at least 60 months; a warranty of 72–83 months receives 20 points and 84 months receives 40 points. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must submit evidence of the personnel's qualifications and performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. During performance, personnel operating construction equipment must be employed under employment contracts.
