Construction of Warehouse and Garage Buildings – Second Tender

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of three lightweight steel warehouse and garage buildings in Mątwica, Jankowo-Skarbowo and Chmielewo. The buildings will have sandwich-panel external walls and pitched roofs; foundation slabs must also be constructed at two locations. Construction of the foundation slab is excluded from the scope at Mątwica. The building areas are 93.01 m², 93.01 m² and 56.00 m², with usable areas of 87.51 m², 87.51 m² and 51.91 m² respectively. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Following the amendment, tenders must be submitted by 22 September 2026 at 10:00, with opening at 10:30 on the same day. The tender must be submitted electronically and the total file size may not exceed 250 MB. Price carries 60% and the warranty and statutory defect-liability period carries 40%; the offered period may be 48, 60 or 72 months. The procurement is not divided into lots, variant tenders are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required.
