Renovation of public infrastructure buildings in Dzierżoniów County to improve energy efficiency – thermal modernization of the public-use building at Gilów 49

Summary

The tender concerns improving the energy efficiency of the public-use building at Gilów 49 under a design-and-build arrangement. The works will be carried out in two stages: first, within four months after contract signature, the contractor must prepare the required technical documentation, obtain opinions, approvals and permits, and produce the building, electrical and heating and hot-water designs, investor cost estimates and technical specifications; second, the contractor must carry out the construction works, prepare geodetic as-built documentation and obtain an occupancy permit if required. The contract must be completed by 28 May 2027. Tenders will be evaluated on price (80%), extension of the warranty period (16%), and environmental and energy-efficiency aspects (4%).
