Construction of training and supported housing

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a public-use building in the Stalowa Wola area containing three training and supported housing units for eight people. The works cover a building of approximately 482.7 m², water, sewerage and stormwater infrastructure, a rainwater tank, external lighting, electrical connections, finishing works, and the supply and installation of equipment. The works must be completed comprehensively within 20 months from contract signature. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 12:00. Price carries up to 60 points and the warranty and statutory liability period up to 40 points: the minimum period is 3 years, 4 years earns 20 points and 5 years earns 40 points. The bidder must provide a PLN 25,000 bid guarantee, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price before contract signature.
