Creation of a temporary shelter in the Municipal Cultural Centre building in Lelów

Summary

The tender concerns the creation of a temporary shelter in the basement of the Municipal Cultural Centre building at 31 Szczekocińska Street in Lelów. The total area is 257.50 m² and the planned capacity is 112 people. The works include construction, structural, sanitary, electrical, ventilation and finishing works, together with the supply and installation of the necessary equipment. The contractor must prepare any required construction and technical documentation, arrange the documents needed for statutory notification and cooperate with the district authority in Częstochowa. The works must comply with the technical expert assessment, the tender documents, applicable legislation and construction requirements. The contract must be completed by 11 December 2026. The bidder must have completed at least one properly performed building reconstruction or renovation project during the last five years, involving a usable floor area of at least 85.00 m². The team must include a site manager with unrestricted building-construction qualifications and at least one person qualified to work on electrical installations and networks. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-procurement system by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated using price (60%) and warranty period (40%). No tender guarantee is required, but a performance security is required for proper fulfilment of the contract.
