Expansion of the municipal cemetery in Siekierczyn

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion of the municipal cemetery in Siekierczyn and the extension of an external water supply installation. The works include, among other things, site preparation, demolition and earthworks, soil removal, concreting, road or paved-surface works, and water and sewage installations. The works must be completed within 11 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 11:00 on 23 September 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 6,000, and performance security is also required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%), guarantee period (20%) and completion time (20%). The contract is not divided into lots. The bidder must demonstrate the required insurance, at least one relevant previous project worth at least PLN 150,000 net, and the availability of a construction manager holding the appropriate building qualifications.
