Renovation of the perimeter alarm system at the Detention Centre in Bydgoszcz

Summary

The tender concerns the full renovation and restoration of the technical operation of the perimeter alarm system at the Detention Centre in Bydgoszcz. The system must detect attempts to cross the fence as quickly as possible, reduce false alarms caused by wind, precipitation and traffic-related ground vibrations, be fully addressable, and locate a breach with an accuracy of up to 5 metres. The required security level is the highest level, Grade 4, and the system must integrate with the VMS through an API. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The tender deadline is 30 September 2026 at 09:00; the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty for 40% of the evaluation result.
