Video surveillance modernization, stage II – DPG Dorohusk

Summary

The tender concerns stage II of the modernization of the video surveillance system at the Dorohusk border crossing, under a design-and-build model. The work includes preparing complete design documentation, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, and then carrying out construction and installation works for the modernization of the video surveillance system. The scope includes, among other things, electrical and telecommunications cabling, alarm and telecommunications systems, security cameras, video surveillance equipment, network equipment, fibre-optic cables and network servers. The works must be completed by 18 December 2026. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026 at 09:00, and the tender must remain valid until 23 October 2026. Price carries 60 points and an extension of the warranty period beyond the required minimum carries 40 points. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish, and the authorized signatory must have a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
