Purchase and delivery of an electric forklift truck

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a factory-new electric forklift truck and additional equipment to Siwka 6, Krakow. The truck must have been manufactured no earlier than 2025 and comply with detailed technical requirements covering power, lifting capacity, lifting height, battery capacity, cabin and safety equipment, and the charger. The delivery deadline is up to 60 days from contract signing; the supplier bears transport, unloading and insurance costs and must notify the contracting authority at least 2 working days before the planned delivery. The bidder must submit the offer form, pricing form, exclusion declaration and product evidence such as catalogues, technical documentation or manufacturer confirmations. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weighting of 100%. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. A warranty of at least 48 months or 4,000 operating hours is required, whichever occurs first, together with warranty service in Poland. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
