Modernization of Rooms in the Laboratory Diagnostics Department

Summary

The tender covers the modernization of rooms in the Laboratory Diagnostics Department of Ludwik Rydygier Hospital in Krakow under a design-and-build contract. The works concern approximately 733.89 m² on the first floor of the main building, segment C1. The contractor must prepare complete design documentation, obtain the required approvals and permits, carry out the construction and installation works, install and commission the equipment and systems, and hand over the facility with as-built documentation. The scope includes architectural, structural, electrical, water and sewage, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire alarm, communications, data, access-control and monitoring systems, as well as laboratory furnishings. The remaining laboratory operations must continue without interruption. The tender must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 08:00, and the works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires at least two qualifying reference projects completed within the last five years, each worth at least PLN 4,000,000, a PLN 50,000 bid guarantee, and, after contract award, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 4,000,000 and performance security of 5% of the contract price.
