Reconstruction and extension of a facility for receiving evacuated people with an OLiOC warehouse function in Orzełek – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and extension of a facility in Orzełek for receiving evacuated people, including an OLiOC warehouse function. The works include, among other things, demolishing the existing boiler-room walls and roof, earthworks and foundations, insulating foundation walls, constructing load-bearing walls and a chimney, preparing floor bases, building the roof structure and boarding, installing a two-layer bituminous roof covering, installing windows and external doors, and keeping the existing boiler room operational. The planned building footprint is 324.53 m², the usable floor area is 244.09 m², and the volume is 1,287.30 m³. The contract period is 77 days. The tender submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00, and the bid must be submitted electronically in Polish through the contracting authority's platform. The bid security is PLN 1,800, and a performance security is also required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the construction works warranty (40%).
