Adaptation of the former volunteer fire station building in Trzemeszno Lubuskie into a municipal civil defence warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation and adaptation of the former volunteer fire station building in Trzemeszno Lubuskie into a municipal civil defence warehouse. The works include building and finishing works together with the necessary electrical and other internal installation works. Flooring works, water and sewerage works including connections, tower renovation, insulation and replacement of garage doors are excluded from the contract and must not be included in the tender price. The works must be completed by 20 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 24 September 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 2,000, and the successful bidder must also provide performance security. Price carries 60 points and an extended warranty period carries 40 points.
