Adaptation of rooms in the village community centre in Skarbki

Summary

The tender concerns the adaptation of rooms in the village community centre in Skarbki and internal construction works at Skarbki 15. The works include, among other things, renewing floors and tiling, installing suspended ceilings, lighting, electrical systems and ventilation, refurbishing sanitary rooms, replacing wall finishes and doors, and adapting a toilet for persons with disabilities. The completion period is 2 months from signature of the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 3,500 and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. Price carries 60% of the score and extension of the warranty period carries 40%; the minimum warranty period is 3 years, and each additional year earns 20 points, up to 40 points. Employees performing construction and assembly works must generally be employed under employment contracts.
