Modernization of the Kicarz and Eliaszówka Trails and the Observation Tower (II)

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernize the Kicarz and Eliaszówka trails and the observation tower. The works include upgrading the existing wooden observation tower and infrastructure, constructing new small architectural elements, and carrying out earthworks, pedestrian-surface works, prefabricated structure assembly, electrical installation and painting works. The works must be completed by 14 May 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the extension of the warranty and defects-liability period for the completed works (40%). The bidder must have the required construction experience and at least one qualified site manager. No bid security is required, but performance security is required.
