Energy modernization of the health centre building in Solec-Zdrój, adaptation of rooms for healthcare services and site development

Summary

The tender concerns the energy modernization of the health centre building in Solec-Zdrój, adaptation of rooms for healthcare services and site development. The works include, among other things, upgrading the external and foundation walls, floors, ceilings, roof, ventilation, heating, electrical, water-supply and sewage systems, and windows and doors; installing photovoltaic panels and lightning protection; creating rehabilitation clinic rooms; and paving the site. The contract performance period is 225 days. The bidder must demonstrate financial capacity of at least PLN 300,000, the required construction experience and three qualified managerial staff members. The bid must include the required work and personnel lists, references, and a bank or cooperative savings and credit union statement. A PLN 30,000 bid bond and performance security are required. Materials must be new, CE-marked and supported by the required conformity and safety documents. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the duration of the construction-work warranty (40%). The offered warranty period may be 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66 or 72 months.
