Improving access to psychiatric care at SPZ ZOZ in Nowa Dęba by adapting infrastructure and purchasing equipment for the Mental Health Centre for Children and Adolescents – second reference level in Rozalin

Summary

The tender concerns adapting a former primary school building in Rozalin into a mental health centre for children and adolescents. The scope includes design and obtaining permits, reconstruction, extension and partial vertical extension of the building, lift installation, roofing, heating, gas, water, sewage, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical and telecommunications systems, external works, and the supply and installation of non-medical equipment. A mandatory site visit must be completed on 16–18 September 2026 from 10:00 to 14:00; up to three representatives may attend and failure to attend leads to rejection of the tender. The bidder must have liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000, separate specialists with the specified construction and design authorisations, and at least one properly completed design-and-build construction project from the last five years worth at least PLN 6,000,000 gross. The tender guarantee is PLN 100,000 and performance security is 5% of the total tender price. Design documentation must be completed within four months of contract signature, and the construction works and equipment delivery must be completed by 31 December 2027. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the guarantee period for 40%; the minimum guarantee period is 36 months and up to 60 months is scored.
