Modernization of the grandstand at Resko Municipal Stadium

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a covered steel sports grandstand with 152 seats at Resko Municipal Stadium, including foundations, paving, access routes, outdoor steps and site development. The grandstand must be approximately 22.05 m long, 4.17 m deep and 3.65 m high; the works also include design, installation and the manufacture and installation of a 40 × 60 cm information board. The completion deadline is 8 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13:00 on 23 September 2026 and remain valid for 30 days. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Participation requires proof of at least two previous steel sports grandstand construction or modernization projects, each worth at least PLN 150,000 gross, a suitably qualified construction manager, financial resources or credit capacity of at least PLN 200,000, a grandstand visualization and a PLN 3,500 bid guarantee. Certain demolition and earthworks are excluded from the procurement and must not be priced in the bid. All communication and documents must be handled electronically in Polish, and the contract is to be completed by 8 December 2026. The contracting authority may invite up to three bidders to negotiations after the initial evaluation, with price remaining the sole criterion for limiting the number of participants and for evaluation within the procedure’s stated rules.
