Establishment of a supported living apartment in 2026 with a targeted state budget grant under Measure 4.4 of the Comprehensive Support Programme for Families “For Life”

The tender concerns the establishment of a supported living apartment in 2026 in a former primary school building owned by Gmina Giby in Karolin. The first-floor premises will be adapted into an independent apartment of approximately 53.74 m² for persons with disabilities and must follow universal accessibility principles. The works include partitioning the premises, creating a room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a corridor, an entrance hall, and an accessible bathroom and toilet. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. The tender guarantee is PLN 7,000. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the warranty and defects-liability period carries 40%. The contractor must maintain access to the occupied building and minimise disruption, comply with construction and accessibility requirements, use compliant construction products, prepare as-built documentation and install an information board measuring at least 90 × 60 cm. The contractor must also provide warranties for the works and equipment, carry out warranty inspections at least annually, and maintain contractual and third-party liability insurance throughout the construction period.
