Modernization of the Municipal Health Centre premises at 20 Rzepnikowskiego Street in Lubawa under the FENX.06.01 project

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the Municipal Health Centre premises at 20 Rzepnikowskiego Street in Lubawa and related construction renovation works under the EU-co-financed FENX.06.01 project. The works will be carried out in an operating health centre, mainly on weekdays after 3:00 p.m. and throughout Saturday and Sunday, with the renovated area separated from the rest of the building and dust and other disruption minimized. The completion period is 60 days from handover of the construction site. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The bidder must hold liability insurance of at least PLN 250,000.00 and must have completed at least one building construction, reconstruction, extension or renovation project worth at least PLN 100,000.00 gross during the last five years. A PLN 2,500.00 bid guarantee is required. The minimum warranty is 24 months, and bids are evaluated on price, worth 60 points, and warranty period, worth 40 points. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide 3% performance security.
