Excavation and hardening of the road on Szmaragdowa Street from the end of the asphalt towards Baranów to the Baranów municipality boundary

Summary

The tender concerns excavation and hardening of approximately 999 metres of road, 5 metres wide, on Szmaragdowa Street in Olszów, from the end of the existing asphalt surface to the boundary of Baranów municipality. The works include preparation and earthworks, tree and shrub removal, drainage, roadbed preparation, a 16 cm crushed-stone sub-base, a 5 cm upper crushed-stone surface layer, access roads, ditches, landscaping and as-built surveying. The expected completion period is 2 months. The bidder must account for employing a construction manager, surveying services, temporary traffic organisation, site safety, access roads and protection against damage, as well as possible ornithological supervision costs. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 09:45. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation. A PLN 4,000 bid guarantee and security for proper performance of the contract are required.
