Partial repairs of bituminous pavements

Summary

The tender concerns the partial repair of approximately 1,653 m² of bituminous road surface using mineral-bituminous mixture obtained from a recycling plant. The works include cutting or milling damaged areas, cleaning, treatment with bitumen emulsion, placing and compacting the mixture, and installing traffic signs. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, and bids for separate lots are not permitted. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%. Bidders must have at least one qualifying previous project and must provide a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee and performance security for the contract.
