Establishment of a Youth Cultural Centre

Summary

The tender covers the construction and fitting-out of a youth cultural centre in Wąbrzeźno. The building will have two above-ground storeys, a usable attic and a full basement; its usable floor area will be 562.66 m², its footprint 245.10 m² and its height approximately 11.19 m. The works include construction, site preparation and earthworks, finishing, water and sewage, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and electrical works. The contract must be completed by 31 July 2027. The bidder must have completed at least one comparable construction project during the last five years: construction, reconstruction, extension or renovation of a building with a usable floor area of at least 300 m² and a gross works value of at least PLN 3,000,000. The tender must include the required statements, experience evidence and a PLN 60,000 bid guarantee. Price carries 60 points and the extended defect-warranty period carries 40 points; the minimum warranty period is 36 months, while 48, 60 or 72 months may be offered.
