Renovation of the southern turret in the office building at 70 Bema Street in Warsaw

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of the southern turret and related rooms in the office building at 70 Bema Street in Warsaw. The works include general construction and finishing works, renewal of plaster and paint finishes, floor and stair repairs, damp-proofing and floor reconstruction, replacement of heating pipework and electrical installations, suspended ceilings, lighting replacement, furniture relocation and removal of construction waste.
