Maintenance of low-voltage installations at USK-1 facilities

Summary

The tender concerns 24 months of maintenance of low-voltage installations at USK-1 hospital facilities in Szczecin and Police. The scope includes intercoms, code locks, access-control systems, nurse-call systems, television and CCTV systems, video intercoms and intercom systems, building management systems, alarm and staff-call systems, and entrance-control systems. The bidder must demonstrate at least PLN 250,000 in liability insurance, comparable previous experience and a full-time team of at least four people with the required qualifications. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 08:00. Price carries a 60% weight and the payment term carries a 40% weight. The maximum value of materials and spare parts for the 24-month period is PLN 244,300.48 net, or PLN 300,489.00 gross.
