Construction of two production wells No. 1N (Neogene) and No. 2 (Quaternary) as part of the Water Treatment Plant construction in Wojczyce, providing an alternative water source for the municipality's residents

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of two production wells for the Water Treatment Plant being built in Wojczyce, providing an alternative water source for the municipality's residents. The works will be carried out in two stages: construction of well No. 2, reaching 32 metres into the Quaternary aquifer, and well No. 1N, reaching 105 metres into the Neogene aquifer. The scope includes drilling, installation of filters and pipes, cleaning and test pumping, bacteriological, physicochemical and initial radioactive-substance testing of the water, and preparation of hydrogeological documentation. The completion deadline is 30 September 2027. The bidder must demonstrate financial capacity or funds and credit capacity of at least PLN 800,000, hold liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 800,000, provide at least one person qualified for category IV or V geological work, and demonstrate at least two properly completed references from the previous five years for drilling deep wells of at least 80 metres, including preparation and approval of hydrogeological documentation. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish. A PLN 12,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the guarantee period carries 40%. The tender submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00.
