Extension and reconstruction of the Community House in Cergowa, stage II

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for stage II of the extension and reconstruction of the Community House in Cergowa. The works include, among other things, finishing the newly added part of the building, rebuilding walls and openings, fire protection, insulation, water, sewerage, heating and electrical installations, finishing floors, walls and ceilings, installing new doors and windows, and constructing a stair platform for people with special needs. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 8:00 and must be prepared in Polish. The bid guarantee is PLN 4,000, and performance security is also required. The evaluation awards 60 points for price and 40 points for the warranty and defect-liability period; the minimum period is 36 months and the maximum period considered for scoring is 60 months.
