Winter maintenance of county roads in Wąbrzeźno County during the 2026/2027 season

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of roads managed by the County Roads Authority in Wąbrzeźno from 1 November 2026 to 15 April 2027. The services include anti-icing, snow clearance, the use of additional equipment after heavy snowfall, and loading sand-and-salt mixtures. The procurement is divided into four lots, and bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The main technical requirements depend on the lot: Lots 1 and 2 require a truck with a minimum payload of 5 Mg; in Lot 1 the contracting authority provides the spreader and plough, while in Lot 2 the bidder must provide its own spreader and plough. The bidder must provide evidence of civil liability insurance and demonstrate at least two references for winter maintenance of public roads completed during the last three years, unless it previously provided compliant winter maintenance services for the same contracting authority. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must remain valid for 30 days, and no bid guarantee is required. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the declared time for mobilising equipment after a call accounts for 40%.
