Renovation of the fence at the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 96 in Krakow, Zielone 27 (2)

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of sections 1–30 on the southern side of the fence at the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 96 in Krakow, in accordance with the technical documentation. The entire work must be completed within 45 days of handover of the construction site, which must take place within 3 days of contract signature. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 9:00, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100 points. The bidder must have properly completed at least one construction project during the last 5 years involving the renovation or construction of a steel fence with a concrete base at least 50 linear metres long under monument-conservation supervision. A structural and civil engineering works manager and an electrical works manager with the required qualifications are also required. The bid must include the required declarations, the bid form with the net price and VAT breakdown, and documents proving authority to represent the bidder. Physical workers and lower-level technical staff directly performing construction work must be employed under employment contracts; this does not apply to the construction manager, works managers or certain independently operating service providers.
