Improvement of the technical condition of voivodeship roads through reconstruction of DW No. 886 in Humniska–Grabownica Starzeńska

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of the carriageway surface of voivodeship road DW 886 between Humniska and Grabownica Starzeńska. The works must be completed by 10 December 2026. The bidder must demonstrate experience from the previous five years in constructing, extending, reconstructing or renovating at least 2,000 m² of public road surface using asphalt concrete technology and submit the required evidence of experience and qualifications. The tenders will be evaluated using price at 60% and the warranty and defect-liability period at 40%. The contracting authority may exercise an option for additional construction works up to 100% of the tender price, but is not obliged to use it. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 09:00 on 24 September 2026. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required; its amount must be checked in the tender documents.
