The tender concerns the renovation and reconstruction of the former school building in Jastrzębiec for conversion into apartments, including the necessary technical infrastructure, under a design-and-build arrangement. The scope includes preparing design documentation, obtaining the required location and building permits, construction works on the building and its surroundings, utility connections, as-built documentation and obtaining the occupancy permit. The works must be completed by 30 November 2027. The bidder must demonstrate at least one similar project completed during the last seven years with a value of at least PLN 1,000,000 or a building volume of at least 1,000 m³, hold the required liability insurance and provide details of a qualified construction manager and lead designer. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, extension of the warranty and liability period for defects for 16%, the scope of self-performance for 14%, and key personnel experience for 10% of the score.
