Creation of a public green area with infrastructure in Żelechlinek as part of the development of the Żelechlinek town centre, Stage III

Summary

The tender concerns the creation of a public green area and related infrastructure in Żelechlinek, as part of Stage III of the development of the Żelechlinek town centre. The works include earthworks and site preparation, 141 m² of concrete paving, 141 m² of openwork slab surfacing, street furniture and small structures (2 litter bins, 9 benches, 5 insect hotels and 1 pergola), landscaping, and the installation of a rainwater collection and irrigation system. Landscaping includes grading 1,800 m², placing 180 m³ of topsoil, establishing 1,820 m² of lawn and extensive planting of trees, shrubs and perennials.
