Adaptation of rooms B.1.1 – Entrance Hall and B.1.2 – Connector in the Sports Hall under Construction for a Municipal OLiOC Warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns the finishing and adaptation of rooms B.1.1 (entrance hall, approximately 110.62 m²) and B.1.2 (connector, approximately 125.82 m²) in a sports and events hall under construction, for use as a municipal OLiOC warehouse at 15 Szkolna Street, Lubień Kujawski. The works include floor layers and insulation, an industrial floor with skirting, plastering, smoothing and painting, suspended ceilings, ventilation, underfloor heating, electrical installations, power and lighting systems, and window and door works. The detailed scope is set out in the OLiOC bill of quantities. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026 at the latest. Price carries 60% of the score, the warranty and liability period 20%, and the completion deadline 20%. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required.
