Upgrading the central heating, domestic hot water circulation and heating substation, and replacing the water and sewerage systems at the residential property at 9 Otwocka Street

Summary

The tender covers the conversion of basement rooms in a residential building for a heating substation, upgrades to the central heating and domestic hot water circulation systems, construction or modernization of the heating substation, replacement of the water and sewerage systems, and related electrical, finishing and renovation works at 9 Otwocka Street. The works must be completed within 240 days. The bidder must demonstrate third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, at least two properly completed relevant construction projects worth at least PLN 450,000 each during the last five years, and the availability of qualified sanitary, construction and electrical works managers and at least six employees working under employment contracts. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. Tenders will be evaluated on price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. If at least two admissible tenders are submitted, the contracting authority may conduct an electronic auction.
