Construction of a Water Treatment Plant with a 150 m³ Retention Tank and Necessary Infrastructure

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a water treatment plant in Szczutowo, including a 150 m³ treated-water retention tank and the necessary infrastructure. The works include a filter hall, retention and backwash-water tanks, a 2 m³ wastewater tank, new well enclosures, water, sewerage, process and electrical installations, ventilation and heating systems, and a 30 kW photovoltaic system. The contract also covers a generator, connection to the monitoring and visualization system, process start-up, operator training and as-built documentation. The works must be completed within 8 months from signing the contract. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed water-treatment-plant construction or reconstruction project carried out during the last 5 years, with a minimum gross value of PLN 3,000,000. The bidder must provide three qualified construction-management specialists covering structural and civil construction, water and sewerage installations, and electrical and power installations. The tender guarantee is PLN 40,000, and the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% before contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
