Construction of a pedestrian path along access road No. 08D215 within the S12 expressway road corridor in Wierzchowiska Drugie

Summary

The tender covers the design and construction of a 1.5-metre-wide pedestrian path approximately from kilometre 1+242 to kilometre 1+812 in Wierzchowiska Drugie, along access road No. 08D215 within the S12 expressway road corridor. The works include road signs, traffic-safety equipment, all required design and approval documents, permits and approvals needed for use. The contract must be completed within 270 days of signing: the design and documentation stage lasts up to 120 days and the construction stage up to 150 days. The bidder must demonstrate the required previous experience and provide at least one suitably qualified road-construction manager. A PLN 9,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are price at 60%, warranty period at 30% and construction manager's experience at 10%.
