Reconstruction of municipal roads in Opatówek Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of municipal roads in the Municipality of Opatówek, divided into two lots. The works include preparation and surveying, earthworks, asphalt or other pavement works, installation of vertical road signs, finishing works and as-built surveying. The works must be completed within 60 days. At its own cost, the contractor must prepare, coordinate and approve a temporary traffic management design and install, maintain and remove temporary road signs. Tenders may be submitted for both lots. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the warranty and liability period carries 40%; the required minimum period is 36 months and the maximum period taken into account is 60 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026. No tender guarantee is required, but a performance security is required for proper contract performance.
