Renovation and reconstruction of the municipal building at 215 Krasickiego Street in Nowa Wola – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the first-stage renovation and reconstruction of the municipal building at 215 Krasickiego Street in Nowa Wola, Lesznowola. The main works are roof renovation, including removal and disposal of asbestos-cement and trapezoidal sheet roofing, construction of masonry and reinforced-concrete ring beams, installation of a new timber roof structure, sheet-metal works, rainwater drainage, waterproofing and mineral-wool insulation. The works must be completed by 2 December 2026. The bidder must have completed at least two general building renovation projects during the last five years, each worth at least PLN 300,000 gross, and must provide a site manager authorised in the structural and building specialism. Experience, personnel and exclusion-related statements must accompany the tender. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 90% and the warranty period for 10% of the evaluation; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 72 months. No tender guarantee is required.
