Summer and winter cleaning services for outdoor areas of the Gliwice Transfer Center

Summary

The tender covers cleaning services for the outdoor areas of the Gliwice Transfer Center during the summer and winter periods for 12 months. The work may include cleaning streets, parking areas and containers, waste-related services, de-icing, snow removal and graffiti removal. The contracting authority may additionally order up to 18 days of winter snow-clearing services, up to 23 individual snow-clearance operations and graffiti removal covering up to 100 m² within two days after notification. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must have the required previous experience, a team of at least five people including a work coordinator, and must provide a PLN 9,000 bid guarantee. Performance security is also required, and employees must be hired under employment contracts in the cases specified in the tender documents.
