City Information System Update Service

Summary

The tender concerns servicing information display cases of Wrocław’s City Information System at 120 locations, including poster printing and installation. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers up to 1,200 posters printed on backlit paper and up to 2,400 display-case services; Lot 2 covers up to 800 posters printed on backlight film and up to 1,600 display-case services. Posters must measure 181 × 121 cm; Lot 1 requires backlit paper of at least 135 g, while Lot 2 requires backlight film. The contract lasts 12 months or until the maximum contract value is exhausted, and the contracting authority will order at least 10% of the gross contract value. The bidder must have the required prior experience: at least one properly performed service during the last 3 years involving the printing of large-format posters and their installation in information or advertising display cases, worth at least PLN 40,000 gross separately for each lot. Price carries 60% and the maximum time for producing 10 posters and servicing 10 display cases carries 40%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. No bid guarantee is required. Employees performing poster printing and display-case servicing must be employed under an employment relationship, unless an individual entrepreneur performs these activities personally.
