The tender concerns repairs of district roads in Kluczbork County, in the municipalities of Wołczyn and Kluczbork, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the repair of two road sections, including shoulder cutting, roadway cleaning, installation of a 4 cm asphalt-concrete regulating and wearing course, construction of crushed-stone shoulders, replacement of traffic signs and culvert barriers, and rearrangement of paving and kerbs on parts of access roads. Lot 2 covers spot repairs on two road sections, including shoulder cutting, roadway cleaning, installation of a 4 cm asphalt-concrete layer and construction of crushed-stone shoulders. Bids may be submitted for both lots. The contract term is 40 days for each lot. The contracting authority may use an option to increase the works by up to 100% of the gross contractual remuneration; exercising the option depends on the authority’s needs and available funds. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and warranty period at 40%.
